A powerful and maneuverable racquet, the O3 Speedport Silver features a redesigned O Port system. Called Speedports, the squared-off Ports allow greater string movement, which further increases the sweetspot and provides an incredibly comfortable feel at impact. The new shaped Speedports provide an aerodynamic benefit over the previous O Ports, allowing for faster swing speeds – resulting in great pace, depth and spin on shots. The feel of the racquet at contact can be customized thanks to a string dampener that can be slid up to the lowest cross string or positioned down inside the throat bridge. Slide the dampener up and the feel becomes much more muted and dampened. Slide the dampener down into the frame and more feedback and feel makes its way to the player’s hand. Position the dampener half way between the lowest cross string and the throat bridge and the racquet provides an interesting combination of dampening with feel. Players at the 2.0-4.0 levels will find plenty of pop from all areas of the court. The head heavy balance and healthy 330 swingweight (strung racquet/RDC measurement) puts plenty of mass behind the ball for solid and stable hitting. All in all, an impressive update to the O3 Silver with improved maneuverability resulting in easier access to pace and spin. Please note that this racket comes unstrung!
